How do I order?

Step 1 - Item Selection
Simply click on the image of the item you want, select your size and colour on the item description page and click on “add to shopping bag”. Your shopping bag will be updated. If you want more than one of the same item, you will have to repeat the above process.

Step 2 - Shopping bag
You can either continue shopping or checkout. On the shopping bag page, you can review your item(s) and remove any item you do not want. At this point, you can continue shopping and your items will be saved in your shopping bag while you are browsing the site. Please note that while your items are in the shopping bag waiting to be purchased, they are not on hold and can be bought by another customer.
When you are ready to process the order, click on "proceed to checkout".

Step 3 - Sign in or register
You will have to sign in using your e-mail and password if you are an existing customer or register as a new customer in order to complete the order as we will need to confirm your billing and shipping address.  The total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping (select choice of shipping option if applicable) will be displayed.  This is the amount that will be charged to your credit card.

Step 4 - Order confirmation
The next step requires you to enter your credit card details.  Once your credit card has been approved, you will reach the end of the checkout process which is the order confirmation page. If your credit card was not approved, there will be a message indicating this.

Can I change or cancel my order?
No cancellations are allowed once you have made an order. However, if you want to add items to an order, this is possible only if your request has been placed before your package is shipped out.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once your credit card has been approved, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been processed. You will be shown the total amount that will be deducted from your credit card.

Can I track my order?
Order tracking is possible through Canada Post.  We will notify you of the tracking number.  You can go to the Canada Post web site www.canadapost.ca to track your order.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. You are responsible for paying these charges when the item arrives. We cannot advise you in advance of what these charges will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
